Will all of my insurance be billed?
Yes. The billing of insurance is a courtesy to you. If we do
not receive payment from your insurance company(ies) within 45 days,
we must look to you for payment of the bill in full.
Does Family Care Partners accept credit cards?
Yes. Visa and MasterCard are accepted forms of payment.
Who do I contact to update and/or re-bill my insurance?
You will need to call the billing office at (904) 745-3127.

will return your call.
What if I can't pay my bill?
To set up payment arrangements, you will need to contact the billing
office directly to set up a payment plan that is affordable for you.
